Returns & Exchanges

We are dedicated to providing a safe shopping platform to make your shopping experience as simple as possible and hassle-free with us.

We take returns only if valid proof is provided in the form of video evidence; Any claims for returns would otherwise be rejected.

To initiate your return or exchange request, drop us an email on support@dulhanjewels.com or visit the portal here.

You will need the order no and the registered email or mobile number associated with your order to place a return/exchange request.

 

  • We issue replacements or return whichever is feasible for us for damage of products during transit within 3 days of the original purchase of the product provided the damaged product is return- shipped by you intact to an address requested by us. Only a replacement will be provided. A refund will only be provided if the product ordered is not available with us.  
  • All customised or make to order products are FINAL and are not eligible for Returns/Exchanges.
  • If a product is defective, it can be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge by submitting an exchange request via the E-mail or via the portal link provided above.
  • We try our best to deliver products in the right conditions by multiple quality control checks. In a very rare case, if an items suffers damage during transit, please submit an exchange request and include the product pictures, within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • We request you to return your items to us in the original condition & in original Dulhan Jewels packaging.
  • The placed orders cannot be canceled or exchanged for another product. If a particular item in your entire order cannot be processed by us, the item can be replaced for an equivalent value or an additional value item considering the additional price can be paid, or a refund only for that particular item will be provided. The refund processing timeline would be 3 -7 working days.
  • Every returned product goes through a review cycle. Hence, refund/exchange is subject to review by our customer success team.

Notes: Some of our products may contain natural embellishments and are handcrafted. These may cause irregularities and will not be considered as a defect.

We made every effort to display the product color as accurately as possible. However, the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors of products displayed on our website.
